The Manager of New Business Development will create and build client relationships to obtain new projects. This position is within ASTI, a division of PEA Group, and assists in developing proposals for clients including budgets and pricing development, proposal strategy, contract negotiations and client presentations.

This is a largely a sedentary role: however, while performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to type, file or lift market materials up to 20 pounds.
Availability
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Requires the ability to occasionally work in the evening/night.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected. Spends the majority of time outside of the office attending events and meetings representing PEA Group and ASTI Environmental.
