ASTI Environmental has openings for full time, skilled, detail-oriented, well-organized Geologists, Hydrogeologists or Environmental Scientists with more than four (4) years’ experience as environmental consulting project managers.  We are looking for mid- and senior-level project managers with experience completing and managing environmental due diligence and other site investigation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Project management for our Property Services Group

  • Supervising typical projects, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), groundwater and soil investigations

  • Organizing data, validation, evaluation, and report preparation

  • Preparing and reviewing proposals

  • Writing and evaluating reports, such as BEAs, Due Care Plans, Response Activity Plans, and NFAs

  • Developing clients and maintaining communication

  • Problem solving and solution recommendations

Qualifications

  • At least four (4) years’ experience in project management and relevant environmental consulting, required

  • Experience with the environmental due diligence process, required

  • Involvement working closely with EGLE for site closures

  • Experience conducting sample collection in soil, groundwater, soil gas, and air

  • Strong written and communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • A minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent, required

  • UST experience, CPG or other applicable certifications preferred
